An Events Executive with 25+ years of producing high-level events at venues in Las Vegas and in various global destinations. Recognized as an “Industry Trailblazer” and a leading contributor to the industry by Connect Meetings in 2021, as well as a “Top 15 Event Executive.” In May of 2022, CaterSource/ The Special Event, a division of Informa, awarded him their International GALA Lifetime Achievement Award. During his tenure at MGM resorts as Executive Director of Events, he produced multiple high-profile global events that included grand openings, entertainment launches, and industry meetings with a majority of them receiving ESPRIT and GALA awards. Moreover, since 2010 he’s been an instructor at The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) partnering with industry executives to create a “first of its kind” Design Lab, an on-campus tactile learning environment that supports multiple disciplines within their hospitality curriculum. Some career accomplishments include winning the largest multi-year account for MGM Events at $7.5M+ for destination events both domestic and internationally that included China, Mexico, Chicago, and Las Vegas. In addition, he produced an annual fundraising event for 5+ years for one of the largest Las Vegas-based non-profit’s that raised $20M+ as part of a charitable gala at MGMs Garden Arena with notable headliners such as Tony Bennett, Jennifer Hudson, Michael Bublé, and Steven Tyler.
